Due to enhanced security, you will NEED TO REGISTER for an online account even if you already have an existing account with the County.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your password.
Each company will have the ability to manage their own users. Personnel may be deactivated and others added without individual requests.
You may use this form to Register for a new account by submitting Company information and Contact information for the designated Master User.
Harris County will generate the Master User Account and email the password to the designee.
The Master User can then log onto the new Plan Review web site and create or deactivate specific users.
Please note that you should continue to use your existing online account to access the Acceptance system on the Harris County Permits website. As we complete our web site enhancements, your new account logon will also provide access to Acceptance.
